About Wonderwood

Wonderwood Explorers is run by Ellie, a level 3 forest school leader. Ellie has been running Little Explorers, a preschool stay and play club in Tilford Farnham for over 4 years, and also runs holiday clubs, wild parties, and forest school sessions for local schools and nurseries.

Wild Party
Our wild parties are the perfect way for outdoor loving children to celebrate their special day. These parties can be held at our site in Farnham or Fleet, or in your garden or agreed private land. We will have bubbles challenges on the children’s arrival before we gather them around the fire circle for a party intro / forest rules and then we get going with a treasure hunt and an explore for bugs. This will warm the children up nicely while also getting them used to the site and boundaries. A wild party wouldn’t be complete without a campfire. We will show the children how to wash their hands in the wild and how we light the fire with a fire steel. They will all get a chance to toast a marshmallow and make a s’more. They can eat their party lunch around the fire at this time (we will supply everything for the s’mores, party food to be supplied by yourself and cannot be cooked on our fire I’m afraid so we suggest picnic style food in boxes). After food it’s free play time when the children will get chance to play on the slackline, in the mud kitchen, swing in hammocks, small world, balls and tracks and there will be two nature crafts to make and take home such as clay and woodland wands. *Activities at your home may vary depending on space.
1 level 3 forest school leader and up to 10 children for a two-hour party = £315 For 12-24 children with an assistant the cost would be £65 Site Hire at Tilford or Fleet for two hours including half an hour set up and take down - £55
