These Otago based Sessions are suitable for people over 50 who are worried about strength & balance.  An hour session includes some band work & upper body

  11.15-12.15 - Farnborough - Christ Church

  1-2 - Mytchett - Basingstoke Canal Centre

• Wednesdays

  12:15-1 & 1:15-2pm - Frimley - St. Francis Hall

  2.45 - 3.45 - Camberley - Places Leisure Studio 1

• Thursday

  2-3 - All Saints Church Hall, Chapel Lane, Farnborough

• Friday
  12:30-1:15 & 1:30-2:15pm - St. Francis Hall, Frimley
