It's been a crazy year so far. why not do something you've dreamed of. Change your life in 2021 - Join a fun, friendly, active, supportive, and progressive ladies running group. We are based in the Frimley Green / Camberley / Farnb area.

This is a 6week course (1 session per week) on a Monday, Friday or Sunday morning and Wednesday evening - you choose your day. course = 1 session per week. if you're loving it you can add more sessions at a small fee of £5).

Whatever your age, size or starting level. This 6-week course is for you! We start off by walking/jogging for only a few short seconds and over 6 weeks we build our fitness and confidence to move a little more. Friends, exercise and fresh air is great for our mental health. Our sessions are created for complete beginners. YOU! You will laugh. lots.. smile make new friends, and have a great time. You'll amaze yourself with your progress. you are not too slow, too fast, too thin, too fat, too old, too young, too anything for us! 6 weeks is £60 led by qualified England Athletic coaches. contact any1canrun@gmail.con @Any1CanRun

Any1canrun is a fun, social group.

The England Athletic approved coaches make jogging and running as easy as possible. We welcome all levels of ability, those of you who would like to learn to jog a mile to those who compete in Ultras.

The next Beginners class will be starting up on Monday 14th Sept at 10am. this will run for 5-6weeks.  Please contact for prices. we dont want prices to be a barrier to you learning to run.
