Each week I ask you to bring some household objects so we can do some activities together. These are the very first lessons I taught; atoms, elements, compounds, solids liquids and gases etc. You'll notice I was very much finding my feet! But what are you going to do, ask for your money back?! I'm getting better. I teach Key Stage 3 content with a focus on detail over breadth. We might miss out some circuit diagrams they're expected to remember how to draw at age 9 for example, but we'll go into the science behind what an electric current actually is to a level they wouldn't usually hear until aged 16. I encourage you to come along and see if it's the right level for you. Age often has very little to do with it!
