Its tough being a mum and getting time to look after yourself. even something as simple as getting enough Vitamin D (30mins sunshine on your arms and legs every day) can be a challenge. But its not so much fun doing activities on your own. So come along and join other mums get fit, have fun outside. All activities are family friendly, and so we try and encourage you to let them join in.

We organise a not for profit group offering mums a chance to try some different exercise outdoors, chat with other mums. Cuddle babies and help each other out.

The Zumba class runs every Saturday 09:30 - 10:30 Cost £5 and includes a coffee afterwards

Location: Burrell Lodge (8th Bramshill Scout Hut) - please park in Frogmore Leisure Centre carpark and look for the Scout sign to the left of the daycare centre.

What to bring: towel, water and a readiness to party.

Age: Zumba fitness is an exercise programme designed for 16+.
