our half day Adventure Workshops are perfect for getting children out of the house and outdoors.  With a  BRAND NEW ACTIVITY PROGRAMME! Parents/carers bring your children and their friends along to our exciting new activities this October half term. Stay on site and enjoy a tea or coffee while your children are taking part in the activities below. Please note that a responsible adult must stay on site at all times.

Gordon Brown Centre in Hook

We are an outdoor adventure siteset in 25acres, within a conservation area. We offer a range of activities for schools, youth groups and families.

During your visit you will stay in one of our two self-contained indoor accommodation blocks sleeping 60 and 66 or in our camping village that can accommodate up to 72 children.  Each accommodation type includes access to shower & toilet facilities, disabled toilets, tea & coffee making facilities and on-site wi-fi.

The Main building children accommodation consists of two dormitories with 24 beds in each plus a further two smaller rooms with 6 beds in each, a total of 60 beds.  All children’s beds are triple bunks.  Adult accommodation consists of two rooms with 2 beds and one room with 1 bed, a total of 5 beds.

The Shrubbery building children accommodation consists of two dormitories with 33 beds in each, a total of 66 beds.  All children’s beds are triple bunks.  Adult accommodation consists of four rooms, two with 2 single beds and two with 1 single bed plus double bunk, a total of 10 beds

The Camping Village children accommodation consists of thirteen tents with 6 beds in each, a total of 72 beds (please note children will need to be grouped in sixes).  Adult accommodation consists of three pods with 2/3 beds in each, a total of 6/9 beds.
