Ultimate Birthing 6 week course

Ultimate Birthing is a wonderful ladies only class that runs in 6 week terms and each class is 1 1/2 hours long. It is a birth preparation class where we move, breathe, relax and educate. We use yoga based movement to alleviate pregnancy discomfort and practise positions that are beneficial in labour. We learn a variety of breathing techniques to help you through each stage of your labour. We use hypnosis based relaxation to allow you to bond with your baby and get yourself in to the right mindset for a positive birth. Then we end each class with a cuppa, a treat and a chat about various educational points. It's a really lovely class that helps you prepare for a positive birth.
