Tai Chi in the Woods | Wellesley Woodlands

We're back outdoors! Feel your feet on the ground, the breeze on your face and the sound of birdsong to accompany this gentle martial art.

Tai Chi uses gentle graceful movements to stimulate ‘Chi’ or energy flow through the body. This calms the mind, improves balance and flexibility, and strengthens the immune system.

Children are welcome but all under 16yr olds must be accompanied by an adult.
