Free for members and £4.45 for non members! all in one easy to follow class. These sessions vary centre to centre and may include badminton and other activities.

Frogmore Leisure Centre in Yateley, Hampshire offers a wide range of sport and leisure activities that the whole family can enjoy.
Offers a range of indoor and outdoor facilities such as a state of the art Gym, Racket Sports Courts, Fitness Studios, a sauna and steam and an outdoor artificial turf pitch.
