About the event
Please let the leader know if you would like to attend so we can estimate numbers and tools required. Text message is best for Volunteer leaders as they are often out on site with no easy phone or email access. Come prepared for the outdoors, wearing old clothes, sturdy boots and waterproofs. You’ll also need to bring a packed lunch and plenty of water. We’ll provide all the tools, gloves and safety equipment.
Please note there are no set age limits but children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 16-18 year olds must have a completed Parental Consent form.

They have a really good bird watching area . This kit contains everything you need to take your family bird watching, including bird identifcation cards and binoculars.
There are also some lovely nature trails. Allowing your little ones to go bug hunting under logs and in the leaves.
There are so many trees , why not make a little educational trip. get your little ones a book or worksheet and help them identify the trees you find.
