Prepare your body and your mind for childbirth with safe & gentle movements. Making time for yourself, in a beautiful atmosphere and supportive environment. 

This antenatal yoga class runs Thursday evenings 6:30-7:45pm, and is suitable for expectant mothers from 21weeks of pregnancy onwards.

£15 per class or 6 Class Pass £75
