During these unprecedented times of uncertainty, and in line with Public Health England and Government Guidelines over unnecessary social gatherings. We are, where we can, moving our courses online. Sadly our insurance doesn't permit us to carry out any practical elements of our sessions, so we will be omitting our movement section from Ultimate Birthing so this course will involve birth education and guided relaxation and will last approx 45 minutes which will include time for Q&A
You will be still getting a comprehensive Antenatal Education class, and your teacher will be on hand remotely to answer any questions.

☆This means I am dedicated and passionate to giving and empowering both mums-to-be on Ultimate birthing and to couples on Mummas complete and the Essentials Birth Prep and Practical Newborn workshops with what they want and need to know in a balanced, evidence-based, and realistic way as well as allowing you to make the all important friend network.
We will have an interactive element to these sessions as they will be held live, via ZOOM video call, in small groups of up to 8 mums-to-be to ensure you are still able to meet and gain support from other local pregnant mums with similar due dates.
