Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga. It can increase energy levels and help you connect with your growing baby, giving you confidence in your body’s natural ability to give birth. The combination of breathing, relaxation techniques and postures will create inner balance to help overcome any challenges during pregnancy, labour, birth or motherhood.

Busylizzy Fleet

A Busylizzy membership is a ‘must have’ for mums looking to enjoy fun & friendly pregnancy, baby and postnatal fitness (no childcare required!) with like-minded new friends.

When you join Busylizzy, you are setting the stage for a fun and active pregnancy and maternity leave. It’s so much better than a typical gym and it’s really simple to get started. You can choose any combination of our mummy fitness sessions for yourself and enjoy a great selection of fun classes, events and talks with your little one. Use our handy app to book, cancel and reschedule on your terms.

We are moving to Unlimited plans for both our pregnancy memberships & mum & baby memberships.

We then have a build your own plan (mini packages) where you can decide if you want 4,5,6,7 or 8 class credits a month. £10 per class. They are a rolling contract and credits dont roll over but you can pick whichever credit system works best for you. Or come unlimited and enjoy 50% off first month plus unlimited access to 8 local classes AND 15 Zoom classes every week.
