Mummy & Me Bootcamp - Busylizzy Outdoors Camberley and Sandhurst

Join us for Mummy&Me Bootcamp in Sandhurst Memorial Park.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, as each session you work to your own ability, increasing your fitness and stamina week on week. A great class to combine cardio with muscle toning, and a chance to meet some local Mums!

All you need is your baby in a buggy (no special running buggy required), sports/comfy clothing, trainers and a big drink of water!!

Classes are fully compliant with COVID guidelines to ensure your safety.
