This opportunity is a collaboration between Balance & Breathe and Minding The Garden.

We will be outside so please wear warm clothing and perhaps bring a hot drink.

We are a Fleet based charity raising awareness of autism to local businesses and organisations. We do this by providing autism awareness lunchtime training sessions and targeted group training sessions in the evenings. We also provide a Chill Zone
