FLOURISH IN THE FOREST is a new programme which combines Dementia-friendly Alton’s FLOURISH Horticulture Therapy with Forest leisure activities for carers and young family members.
Guided Forest Wellbeing Walks, outdoor Table Tennis, Mini-Badminton, crafts, indoor yoga and more.

Entrance to our sessions are free for members.
However Parking charges will apply - for the reduced rate of £5 per day please advise us of your Registration Number on arrival
