Maternal Wellbeing group at the Aldershot Garrison in Aldershot
The "Mums Matter" group offers a supportive network for parents with young children living in Odiham, Hartley Wintney, and Hook. They meet on Wednesdays from 10 am to 12 noon at the Elizabeth Hall in Hook, providing a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space for parents to access support from staff, volunteers, and peers.
