What is LAMDA?

LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) is one of the UK’s most respected drama and performance examination boards. The LAMDA syllabus helps children develop public speaking, acting technique, confidence and communication skills through structured performance training. Many students choose to work towards LAMDA exams, which are nationally recognised qualifications.

What Happens in Class?

Our Junior LAMDA classes are fun, inclusive and supportive. Each session includes:

• Acting exercises and character development
• Improvisation and drama games
• Voice projection and communication skills
• Script work and performance techniques
• Teamwork and confidence building

Students work towards a yearly drama and singing showcase, giving them the opportunity to perform in front of family and friends in a supportive environment.

Whether your child is new to drama or already loves performing, these classes help develop resilience, creativity and stage presence.
