Junior Gym Fitness sessions in Camberley

These Junior Gym sessions help Teens and preteens improve their fitness in a safe environment.  The following supervised gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years to attend. An induction must be completed as part of the first visit, and a parent or guardian must sign a Health Commitment Statement.

Session times and prices:

• Monday to Friday: 3.30pm-4.20pm | 4.30pm-5.20pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 10.00am-10.50am | 2.30pm-3.20pm

• Pay as you move junior induction: £18.00
• Pay as you move junior gym session: £4.70
• Junior members induction and sessions: free

All junior gym users must complete a group introduction before using the gym independently. These sessions last 30 minutes and can be booked with a member of our team when joining. 

Once a junior member has completed their introduction and received programme advice they can attend outside the above supervised sessions with a parent/guardian or appropriate adult (16+) on a ratio of a maximum four juniors per adult.
