Junior Gym Fitness sessions in Camberley

These Junior Gym sessions help Teens and preteens improve their fitness in a safe environment.  The following supervised gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years to attend. An induction must be completed as part of the first visit, and a parent or guardian must sign a Health Commitment Statement.

Session times and prices:

• Monday to Friday: 3.30pm-4.20pm | 4.30pm-5.20pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 10.00am-10.50am | 2.30pm-3.20pm

• Pay as you move junior induction: £18.00
• Pay as you move junior gym session: £4.50
• Junior members induction and sessions: free

Between Monday 25th July and Friday 2nd September, we run the following sessions in addition to the above:

• Monday to Friday: 10.00am-10.50am | 11.00am-11.50am

All junior gym users must complete a group introduction before using the gym independently. These sessions last 30 minutes and can be booked with a member of our team when joining. 

Once a junior member has completed their introduction and received programme advice they can attend outside the above supervised sessions with a parent/guardian or appropriate adult (16+) on a ratio of a maximum four juniors per adult.

Although places leisure is in Camberley The Gym is easy to access for children at local schools from Frimley, Yateley and Frogmore too. so if you are looking for a local gym near you then this might be the one!
