The Hypnobirthing Workshop
A 3hr workshop suitable for anyone with limited time, maybe you are nearing the end of pregnancy but would still like to benefit from Hypnobirthing or maybe you have taken a NCT or NHS Antenatal Class but would like to know more about how Hypnobirthing can benefit your birth.

Please note this is NOT the Complete Hypnobirthing Class but will give you a wonderful understanding of the tools and techniques and how they can support you to have a positive birth.
You will need to ensure that you focus on practice at home.
You will get a copy of The Little Birth Company Hypnobirthing Manual and 3 Hypnobirthing MP3s to support your practice.
The Mama Space
A wonderful venue in North Camp. We offer a range of classes supporting you through pregnancy and parenthood. Pregnancy Classes include Hypnobirthing, Pregnancy Relaxation, Positive Caesarean & Antenatal Breastfeeding Classes.
Once your baby is here we offer a range of classes for you and your baby, these are a great way to meet some friends as well as learning something and having some time with your baby. Classes include Baby Massage, Mama Meet, Sensory Fun, Musical Beats and the Breastfeeding Circle.
