Hot Yoga session at Frogmore Leisure - Yateley

Frogmore Leisure Centre's Hot Yoga class offers a dynamic and flowing alternative to traditional, more static yoga styles. This practice focuses on toning the internal organs, strengthening connective tissue, correcting spinal misalignment, and clearing any stagnation in the body. Participants will also develop and refine good breathing techniques throughout the session.
