This includes the very latest Technogym cardio machines, an extensive free-weights area, fantastic range of resistance machines and a wonderful variety of functional equipment.

We have equipment to cater for a cardio workout, weights session, functional exercises or a combination of all three, we’ve got you covered. 

We open early at 6:30am so you can pop in before work. and we are open until 10pm so you have time to visit after work (or after the kids are in bed).
