Manda will teach you how to make this gorgeous gnome :)

A lovely session, have a cuppa and a biscuit and take home your creation.

This fantastic workshop costs £20 per person and booking is essential.

The Mama Space

A wonderful venue in North Camp. We offer a range of classes supporting you through pregnancy and parenthood. Pregnancy Classes include Hypnobirthing, Pregnancy Relaxation, Positive Caesarean & Antenatal Breastfeeding Classes.

Once your baby is here we offer a range of classes for you and your baby, these are a great way to meet some friends as well as learning something and having some time with your baby. Classes include Baby Massage, Mama Meet, Sensory Fun, Musical Beats and the Breastfeeding Circle.

We also offer a wonderful range of Workshops and the beautiful Therapy Room both open to all, you don't have to be pregnant or a mama!

In the Therapy Room, you can have a range of therapies for massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and reiki with our holistic therapist Lizzy.
