Outdoor Project Holiday Camp – Bear Island Castaway Adventure

Set sail for adventure this November half-term with the Bear Island Castaway Holiday Camp at Wildmoor Heath School. Perfect for children aged 5–11, this exciting day is packed with survival skills, teamwork, and campfire fun.

Children will step into the role of a stranded castaway on Bear Island, where they must:

• Build shelters to survive the elements

• Forage for natural resources

• Learn fire-lighting skills and cook on an open campfire

• End the adventure by toasting delicious s’mores

• Stay alert for the wild bears roaming the island!

This camp is the perfect blend of imagination, survival skills, and outdoor adventure, giving kids a chance to build confidence, teamwork, and a love of the wild.
