General event/ class and holiday camp Marketing

Local Family events have been specialising in marketing family events, clubs and activities and venues since 2012.
My aim is to helpfamilies find out what there is to do locally, including everything from the tiny church groups, up to the big theme parks.
How can this benefit your business?
- The Local Family Events search engine http://localfamily.events contains local events in 1 place, enabling people to search by age / type. Having them on the web as well as social media opens the event up to a much wider audience (and google). I create each business their own profile which links to all their activities, and I also interlink you with other related activities (so, for example, all music classes are linked, all sensory classes are linked). Once you're in the search engine you will appear in the search results see https://localfamily.events/Event/Index
- We create videos/posters/blogs and timetables, Organising everything into easy to use posters by age and activity. If I feel there is enough content I split out timetables to be more specific. So right now we have a specific baby timetable for the Guildford & woking areas, and another timetable specifically for Farnham and another for the Camberley area. There is also a timetable specifically for all age ranges including mums and antenatal too.

- I create lists for people to browse. and then split out into lists per age range Here is an example of a big list of all the main activities I create see here. https://www.facebook.com/groups/FamilyGroupsAndEvents/announcements/
- Everything then gets added to the Facebook group, then shared to around 100 local community groups. It is also shared to Instagram https://www.instagram.com/localfamily.events/, to twitter https://twitter.com/whats_on_local and also "nextdoor.co.uk"
- I create daily updates of everything going on "today" which are released at 6am to give people time to find out what is going on.
- Some days if it's raining I will put up a post for ideas for a rainy day so, for example, today I popped this up https://www.instagram.com/p/B7V8Uu8hHvi/
- If you run parties, I will add your details in so you appear on the party ideas lists https://localfamily.events/party
