Cuddly Koalas Baby Massage classes in Church Crookham

Baby Massage classes held on Thursday mornings 10.30am- 11.30am and taught by a qualified baby massage instructor (IAIM). Courses consist of five consecutive Thursdays. Each week in class the parent will massage their baby and learn a different massage routine for a different part of their baby’s body and by the end of the course they will know how to give their baby a full body massage.

On the course you will also learn specific strokes that can help with teething pain, congestion, colic/ trapped wind and constipation, providing relief to baby. The course also includes learning fun gentle yoga movements to do with their baby. There is also a short relaxation for the parents at the start of each class and a chance to chat with the other parents, providing the opportunity to develop friendships and gain support from others. Cuddly Koalas Baby Massage classes not only benefit the baby but also the parent, they provide an opportunity for interaction and bonding, relaxation, relief and stimulation and support your baby’s development.
