A live, virtual pantomime with science experiments you do along with me! Watch FREE from the Theatre of Science Facebook page at 10.30am or 6pm on December 21st. (Ignore spam links! Like page to receive an alert). Funded by Explore York Libraries and Archives.
Ariel is finding life on land disappointing. It’s time to conquer space! But batting her eyelids and singing Calypso songs aren’t enough this time; she’ll have to learn physics. Can you help Ariel get the skills she needs to launch her new career?
I’m Lara, a physics teacher/actor and I did a panto last year called Cinderella the Physicist which was frankly so amazing and successful that Explore York Libraries and Archives asked if I’d do one again. Thanks guys! Yes please!
This time it's virtual, so you can do the experiments along with me! I’ll post in this invite nearer the time to tell you what household objects you’ll need to join in; it’ll be really simple stuff like bowls, washing-up liquid etc.
If you can’t wait ‘til Christmas, I stream a live science show every week! Join me Thursdays at 6.30pm and Sundays 9.30am, plus Tuesdays at 1.30pm for my Home Ed lesson. See my events page for details.
See you soon science/mermaid fans,
