A free personal development online course for kids aged between 8 - 14.... and their parents!

If your mini dudes and dudess's are off school due to the Covid-19 (apparently there's a virus going round) then I have created a light curriculum designed to boost confidence via personal development.

Topics:

- Monday: What is real confidence?

- Tuesday: How to be bully proof?

- Wednesday: Martial Arts Training (with guest)

- Thursday: Dealing with stress, anxiety and extreme sadness (depression)

- Friday: Importance of your purpose... Kid...it's your world...change it!

All sessions will last 1 hour.

It will be on Facebook LIVE not zoom or skype as people will have to download the app and it's a bit of a fif faf.
