Are you a Mum who wants to get her confidence back and feel your best?

Are you lacking inconsistency with exercise and do you need that little helping hand with what works for your body and your mind?

I am here to help you every step of the way.

I am taking booking for 1:1 Personal Training sessions in a private gym in Chobham.

You have the opportunity to train with me in your garden or outdoor in or around Guildford or Woking or even online.

If you are a new mum and you choose to train outdoor, your little one can join us too.

If you are ready to get back exercising then don’t hesitate, it is the perfect time to start.
