The UK’s No 1 Family Club is bringing your favourite classes direct to your home. Enjoy fabulous pre and postnatal workouts along with fun and engaging baby and toddler classes with our Virtual Unlimited Membership.
Traditionally Busylizzy has offered a physical service as a boutique family club running fun and friendly pregnancy and postnatal fitness classes and a range of brilliant baby and toddler activity sessions.
But, with many families having to self-isolate and group activities being discouraged in order to contain the spread of Coronavirus, we have to think differently!
To continue a sense of community in the face of potential isolation and help support the mental health and physical wellbeing of our members in this time of great uncertainty, we are bringing the Busylizzy service to a virtual environment to offer a slice of our usual ‘fitness and fun’ online.
VIRTUAL UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
- At least 2 live streamed classes per day, 7 days a week via our closed Facebook members’ group. Not able to view it live? No problem – watch it on catch up!
- Boredom busting ideas for you to try at home
- Regular talks and workshops on topics relevant to the lives of expecting and new (or not so new) parents from our trusted friends and professionals
- The opportunity to interact with a network of like-minded parents to share ideas and offer support / advice
- 14 day trial for peace of mind
Busylizzy® has over twenty signature classes that offer our members a unique experience only found at our clubs. Each class has been specifically designed for our families to engage, nurture and develop young minds and encourage and aid postnatal mums get back into pre –pregnancy shape.
Our working hours are 9:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday. Classes run between 9:30 - 13:00.

Meet likeminded friends and fellow members in our coffee mornings, pick up some tips in our talks (current favourites include ‘baby weaning’ and ‘child photography’ talks) or have some fun in our seasonal parties.
