This course is suitable for babies who can sit unaided and who have begun their weaning journey. Music and Mess is a fantastic class for babies who are ready to explore with their hands, feet, bodies and mouths!

Each class begins with a fun, sensory singing session followed by an extremely messy play session! Your baby will get the opportunity to explore a huge variety of different edible sensory textures and experiences in a safe, calm environment and you don’t have to clear up all the mess at the end! Messy play can help fussy eaters to explore and diversify their diet in a fun and relaxed way.  Each week we have a different theme with a 12 week programme so you can do 2 terms without repetition. All our messy play ingredients are edible.

We provide you with postnatal education and support to help you make confident, informed decision along your parenting path, that feels right for your family. We understand that it takes a village to raise a child, and we want to welcome you to our village and help you find a support network as you move through the amazing roller coaster experience of parenthood. Each week in all of our classes we have time for you to chat & socialise, ensuring you are able to meet other parents with similar aged little people, helping to build your village.
