1100 - 1215 - Music for the day - Tea / Coffee and biscuits provided - Lets Get Moving
1215 - 1300 - Lunch (Fish and Chips or Bring your own or purchase from Sugarloaf Cafe - Eat together in the Hall)
1300 - 1530 - Enjoy Music and movement with Tea Dance in afternoon
Carer Support Day - from 1100 - 1300 - Dementia support will be available for 'drop in' chats in our Carer Surgery - Check Facebook / Noticeboard for details of visitor
