About the sessions

OlderShots Walking Football is perfect if you’re 50+ and looking for:

• gentle, low-impact exercise

• a friendly team atmosphere

• competitive fun without full-speed running

• a way to stay active and social

Suitable for returning players and complete beginners. Participation is with doctor’s permission.

Sessions run four times per week:

• Monday – 8:00pm–9:00pm
