We’re so pleased to be welcoming families to the third meeting of our free, adult-only support group for neurodivergent families and carers.

If you couldn’t make the previous sessions - this is your invitation.

The Briar Centre, Briar Avenue, Lightwater, GU18 5AH

Thursdays termtime

7:00–8:00 pm (doors open 6:30 pm)

Then monthly on the last Thursday

This is a safe, non-judgemental space to connect with others, share experiences, and feel supported.

The group is based on peer support, not therapy.

Led by Heliana Bedoya, wellbeing and nutrition advocate supporting neurodivergent families.

Fully accessible venue with ramp access, accessible toilet, and free on-site parking (30+ spaces)

Tea, coffee and healthy snacks provided

Free to attend (optional donations welcome)

Adults only (18+)
