My Helping Hand is our Monday group giving support with literacy, numeracy and computer skills. There are many services offered to clients including; counselling; literacy and numeracy; addiction support; anger management; support with housing and benefit issues; form filling; job searches; help with CV's; one to one computing; and many more. Each day we offer different activities which build confidence, social interaction and team work.
