Mindful Magic is a mindfulness-inspired and meditation programme to support children and families. Our classes are a wonderful way for children to explore their feelings and learn tools to help them develop greater calm, clarity and acceptance for life.

During the sessions we guide children through simple, practical tools that they can use to support their emotional well-being and uncover their innate happiness and joy.

We learn breathing techniques, raise our energy levels with some mindful movement and get creative with arts and crafts. Then its time to get cosy and listen to a wonderful guided meditation.

Parents are required to stay for the session.

You are booking a 6 week block of weekly sessions.
Cost: £55 for 6 weeks

Spaces are limited so booking is essential.

About Me…

I’m Claire and I run Mindful Magic sessions for Surrey Heath. I live in Camberley with my husband and two children, Quinn, 4 and Maeve 18months.
Life is pretty busy!

I became a Mindful Magic Mentor after a decade of working with young people in the charity sector. Our children are faced with so much in today’s society and their mental health should be our top priority.

I believe as adults we should be leading the way and guiding children to understand the importance of tuning into themselves, understanding and accepting their own emotions and showing them the tools and techniques needed to be able to keep their minds healthy as they grow into adulthood.

I am also a Hypnobirthing and relaxation practitioner and have a passion for wellness and the power of the mind and body connection.
