Wonderwood Preschool Forest School in Farnham (Hale, GU9)

Wonderwood Preschool Forest School runs weekly outdoor sessions in Hale, Farnham (GU9) for young children and their parents or carers.

Our Forest School sessions take place on Tuesday and Friday mornings during term time from 10:00–11:30am. We provide a safe, nurturing woodland environment where children can explore, play and learn through nature-based activities.

Designed for confident walkers up to 5 years old, our sessions encourage independence, confidence, creativity and social development through child-led outdoor learning.

What We Offer

Each session includes a variety of engaging Forest School activities such as:

• Woodland exploration
• Bug hunting and wildlife discovery
• Den building
• Large mud kitchen play
• Hill slide
• Hammocks
• Storytime in the woods
• Campfire cooking
• Nature crafts
• Seasonal outdoor play

Our sessions are relaxed and child-led, allowing children to follow their interests while developing key physical and social skills in a natural environment.

Pricing

Sessions are £11 per child when booked in a half-term block.

Forest School clubs offer an inspirational environment for children to develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a natural environment. About Wonderwood

Wonderwood Explorers is run by Ellie, a level 3 forest school leader. Ellie has been running Little Explorers, a preschool stay and play club in Tilford Farnham for over 4 years, and also runs holiday clubs, wild parties, and forest school sessions for local schools and nurseries.
