Kinection Baby and Kids
At Kinection Baby and Kids I offer Baby Massage courses and Kids Yoga Classes. Both help you to connect with your child whether baby or older, and help you understand more about them. As well as that, each class has other benefits such as calming the mind, helping with symptoms of tummy troubles and teething, improving flexibility and strengthening muscles and learning how you can fit massage or yoga into your daily routine.

KIDS YOGA
At Kinection Baby and Kids I use the Mini Me Yoga program which is a mental health and well being program. The Pre-School Yoga class is for 2.5 year olds to 4 year olds on a Friday morning at Wrecclesham Community Centre, 11.15 - 11.45am. The classes help you and your child bond by taking part together. It also helps to relieve worry, calming the nervous system, and build body awareness through fun yoga games and breathing techniques. Book below!
