The beauty of cycling is that it’s truly a multi-disability sport. No two disabilities are identical, and there are endless adaptations that can be made. The Alice Holt fleet has a wide range of bikes to make cycling accessible to everyone, and the volunteers will help you choose the right bike to match your circumstances and show you how to ride and where to go in the forest.
The full range, including images, can be viewed on the Alice Holt Inclusive Cycling website.
Sessions are held every Thursday morning from 9.30am to 12.30pm and are open and on a first come first served basis. The time spent on your chosen bike is not timed, you can ride for as long as you wish between the advertised times. The charge is £3.00 for the client but Carers ride for free. Money raised is used for the maintenance of the bicycles. Sessions may be cancelled due to rain and other adverse weather.
We can also arrange, by prior appointment, special days or events for groups or charities who wish to have exclusive use of the fleet of adapted bikes.
If you cannot find all the information you require or have any questions please get in touch with their lead volunteer: Peter Jeans on 07701 003026 or email [email protected].

There are so many trees here why not make a little educational trip. get your little ones a book or worksheet and help them identify the trees you find.
We love packing these and hunting for all the things on the cards. We love packing these and hunting for all the things on the cards. The children have little bags for collecting the items. These are great for allowing the kids to easily see what they have collected so far.
The open areas lend themselves to a bit of bird watching. This kit contains everything you need to take your family bird watching, including bird identifcation cards and binoculars.
