Come and get hands on with oysters followed by the opportunity to learn about the history of the fish finger, and make a fish finger sandwich for yourself!
Aimed at 8-14 year olds, this session will allow the children to get up close to our beautiful Dorset oysters, learning a few facts along they way.
Afterwards, our chefs will pop out with prepared cod fillets which the children will crumb ready to be cooked, whilst we explain how the idea for the frozen fish finger came to be. After a quick hand wash we will return with the cooked fish fingers for sandwich assembly.
