Dementia Friendly Memory Lane - Wednesday Club in Alton
An opportunity for people with dementia and their carers to meet with others for support and relaxation. Come along and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a cheeky slice of cake if you fancy!
A full day of varied activities - pop in for one or two sessions or stay for the whole day
1100 - 1300 - Have fun while you socialise and enjoy crafts, quizzes, board games, gardening, singing and more, there's always lots of laughter along the way! / Tai Chi Session once a fortnight
1300 - 1400 - Join other members for the Friendship Lunch - purchase your chosen lunch at the Regency Cafe or bring your own
1400 - 1600 - Board games with pupils of St Lwarence, Love to Move - Chair based exercises - an exciting weekly workout for your body and your mind, Extra crafts and gardening as we tidy the courtyard garden for all to enjoy
