We look forward to welcoming everyone to Creative Club! Prior to completing the booking we would appreciate if you could take the time to read the guidance below and if you are the parent making the booking, share this information with your child. We will explain the new set up and additional guidance to those attending on the evening.

For the safety of everyone:

· please do not attend if you or anyone in your household feels unwell or has tested positive for Coronavirus. If you feel unwell during the course of the evening please inform an adult immediately;

· upon arrival please queue outside adhering to social distancing 2-meter ruling, there are markings on the floor to help with this;

· a face mask must be worn inside the Youth Suite at all times;

· an adult will invite you to check in, at this point you will have the opportunity to purchase any tuck or drinks (free squash is available throughout the evening);

· on entry everyone is required to sanitise their hands (sanitisers will be provided)

· everyone is allocated their own seat, craft space, equipment and materials etc and any shared equipment will be kept to a minimum and thoroughly sanitised between use;

· we ask that movement is kept to a minimum and where movement is necessary everyone respects the 2-metre social distancing ruling.

We appreciate this is a lot of guidance to follow, but with the new set up in place we are confident we are able to open safely and look forward to welcoming everyone for a fun and enjoyable evening.
