Our junior Modern classes in Alton encourage students aged 9yr+ offer students the chance to experience a variety of different techniques and styles including influences from Cunningham, Graham, Release and Limon as well as more theatrical contemporary and lyrical styles that are popular at the moment.

We have over 50 dance classes in Alton each week training dancers from preschoolers to adults, from beginners to vocational level.

At Vgdance we aim to create a supportive learning environment with an emphasis on proper technique and training. 

Some of our students take classes just for fun, however, we also take great pride in preparing our more dedicated students for a career in dance and extra/extension classes are available for those students who show potential both physically and in attitude.

Many of our past students have successfully attended professional performing arts schools and degree courses and are now working within the performance industry.

Our Dance students have the option to take exams up to, and including, the vocational level and to perform in professional theatres and charity events..
