The Health Hub offers youth support sessions on Friday nights, currently running in two slots (for 14yr-18yra the slot is 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM) . We provide a relaxed space to unwind, connect with friends, and engage in activities like pool, cooking, and film nights. Importantly, we also tailor sessions to support young people's well-being, offering activities and workshops to help manage stress, anxiety, and life's challenges. For those not attending sessions, we currently offer a triage service during these times to ensure ongoing support.

We focus on promoting healthy minds, bodies, and lifestyles. Our experienced team supports young people facing social challenges, mental health concerns, or low self-esteem, offering individual support and signposting to other helpful agencies. Funding allows us to develop additional support projects.
