The UK scouts have set a challenge for Cubs, Scouts and explorers to paddle the length of the Amazon River this July.
To take part follow the link to register below, and then ask your leader for a discount code from Horse shoe lake in Sandhurst which will let your scout hire a Kayak or paddleboard for just £5 on any time their casual hire is open. Your scout leader can contact Ben on [email protected] to request a discount code for their scout group. The code can be used for 1 scout and 1 adult to accompany them.

To ensure every child makes the most of their session, groups are normally split into two with each half spending an hour on the water (max 16 children on the water). The other half can spend some time on the land taking advantage of our orienteering or obstacle courses supervised by your leaders. Camping: Stay overnight at Explore for just £4 per child. We think that the leaders do such a great job volunteering their time that they are welcome to stay free of charge!
