At The Mama Space, we love to provide the space, time and opportunity for pregnant women to relax, learn some great information and meet other pregnant women.

Wendy is a former Midwife, Hypnobirthing Instructor, Doula & Positive Birth Coach, Founder of The Mama Space and also co founder of The Little Birth Company.

The Mama Space

A wonderful venue in North Camp. We offer a range of classes supporting you through pregnancy and parenthood. Pregnancy Classes include Hypnobirthing, Pregnancy Relaxation, Positive Caesarean & Antenatal Breastfeeding Classes.

Once your baby is here we offer a range of classes for you and your baby, these are a great way to meet some friends as well as learning something and having some time with your baby. Classes include Baby Massage, Mama Meet, Sensory Fun, Musical Beats and the Breastfeeding Circle.

We also offer a wonderful range of Workshops and the beautiful Therapy Room both open to all, you don't have to be pregnant or a mama!

Our workshops include The Craft Club, Essential Oils Workshops and more.

In the Therapy Room, you can have a range of therapies for massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and reiki with our holistic therapist Lizzy.
