Our postnatal yoga class is designed to align your body, improve posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen your core and lower back. This gentle session will release tension in your shoulders, tone your abdomen and teach key deep-breathing exercises to alleviate some tiredness and clear your mind.

You can choose any combination of our mummy fitness sessions for yourself and enjoy a great selection of fun classes, events and talks with your little one. Use our handy app to book, cancel and reschedule on your terms.
We are moving to Unlimited plans for both our pregnancy memberships & mum & baby memberships.
We then have a build your own plan (mini packages) where you can decide if you want 4,5,6,7 or 8 class credits a month. £10 per class. They are a rolling contract and credits dont roll over but you can pick whichever credit system works best for you. Or come unlimited and enjoy 50% off first month plus unlimited access to 8 local classes AND 15 Zoom classes every week.
