Family yoga is a mix of high energy songs and yoga. I make it simple and easy to join in so all the family can get involved. Parents are welcome to join in or watch it's up to you.

FAMILY YOGA AT THE LAKE
Family yoga is a mix of high energy songs and yoga. I make it simple and easy to join in so all the family can get involved. Parents are welcome to join in or watch it's up to you.
The class is 30 minutes and includes storytelling, a little meditation, dancing, jumping, jogging and a lot of yoga.
Numbers are limited due to Covid-19 and I am following all government guidelines.
Please bring your own yoga mat and or blanket, we are in a field so you may want to put the mat on the blanket.
If you don't have a mat a blanket is fine.
