The Breastfeeding Circle is open at The Mama Space at Studio 40 in North Camp, every Monday from 1-3pm. (Launches 11th November)

The session is FREE and no booking is required.

The Breastfeeding Circle North Camp, is a safe space for pregnant and breastfeeding families to come together, support each other and socialise. Two breastfeeding counsellors run the meeting alongside ample cups of tea and tray bake.

All ages of babies are welcome! Topics that are often covered are:
- newborns struggling to feed
- painful latch or sore nipples
- 4 month fussies
- starting solid foods
- sleep regressions
- returning to work
- gentle parenting

Tongue Tie & Assessment Clinic

The Mama Space

A wonderful venue in North Camp. We offer a range of classes supporting you through pregnancy and parenthood. Pregnancy Classes include Hypnobirthing, Pregnancy Relaxation, Positive Caesarean & Antenatal Breastfeeding Classes.

Once your baby is here we offer a range of classes for you and your baby, these are a great way to meet some friends as well as learning something and having some time with your baby. Classes include Baby Massage, Mama Meet, Sensory Fun, Musical Beats and the Breastfeeding Circle.

We also offer a wonderful range of Workshops and the beautiful Therapy Room both open to all, you don't have to be pregnant or a mama!

Our workshops include The Craft Club, Essential Oils Workshops and more.

In the Therapy Room, you can have a range of therapies for massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and reiki with our holistic therapist Lizzy.
